We at EL PORTAL de MEX  pride ourselves in offering our customer excellent service and satisfaction with our artisan crafts.  Our guarantee is for you to receive quality hand made crafts.  It for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us by email.  We will arrange for your refund exchange or credit your purchase. We will credit you  the full amount of purchase, with the exception of the shipping cost. Immediately  please let us know the problem with your purchase. 
PayPal honor all Major credit cards and our handy online mail-order for is also available.  We ship via Flat rate USPS Priority Mail only for fast delivery (3-4) days for a big saving to our customers. Additional charge for insurance is available at customer request. When shipping outside the U.S. customer is responsible for duties/taxes, custom clearance fees on purchase items and any special freight charges.  Restricted import items  as per each country cannot be shipped.

Our Privacy Policy: We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. It is only used to deliver merchandise and services that you purchase online; prevent fraud and bill you for your purchase; confirm you order; respond to your customer-service inquires or requests; find the product you want and for shipping purposes.  Financial transaction are processed by PalPal.  We have no access to this credit card information. Report any suspicious activity "phishing" or event immediately to their security center.
